An Originating Motion and an Urgent Request for Provisional Remedies were Filed with the Tel Aviv District Court Against Four Directors of the Company “Tachanot Israeliot Inc.”.
In the context of a business dispute regarding the flour milling company “Tachanot Israeliot Inc.”, Directors of the Company filed with the Tel Aviv District Court an originating motion and an urgent request for provisional remedies.
The Directors, who are represented by attorneys Ran Sprinzak, Naama Ehrlich and Yuval Naim of our Firm, petitioned the Court to grant various orders and declaratory remedies warranting the Board of Directors to convene in order to decide on urgent matters regarding the Company, and the CEO of the Company to refrain from taking any action that is not in the ordinary course of business, until the Board of Directors convenes and decides on said matters.
