A new ruling imposes liability on directors for prohibited distribution of dividends: The District Court charged four directors of Malrag – Engineering and Construction Ltd, which entered into insolvency proceedings, for the amount of the dividends totaling NIS 20 million. The Judge denied the claim brought against another three directors with regard to a different distribution made by the company in the amount of NIS 8 million.
