A Motion to approve a class action against “J.E.C” Company was dismissed
On July 7th, 2018, the Central District Court handed its verdict, instructing to dismiss the motion to approve a class action, filed against “J.E.C” Company and its Directors.
The motion for approval claimed that a private placement of the Company’s shares was carried out unlawfully, and did not meet market conditions.
After an expert opinion on behalf of the Court was received, in which the Company’s main arguments were Accepted, the plaintiff requested to withdraw the motion, and as a result the motion was dismissed.
